Cyndi is a popular communications and business consultant, coach and speaker. Her impressive client list includes Bank One, Calvin Klein, Hilton Hotels, Eli Lilly, Whirlpool, the Federal Reserve, American Bar Association, American Medical Association, Kimberly Clark, Gillette, Nestle Foods, Professional Women in Healthcare and National Association of Realtors, to name only a few.

Having appeared in dozens of professional theatrical productions, and as the voice in numerous national commercials, Cindy brings a strong and broad performance background to all her programs. She is a past president of National Speakers Association, Illinois, and has served on the boards of the Chicago Chapter, American Society of Training & Development and the Chicago Chapter, National Association of Women Business Owners. Cyndi also graduated with honors and a Masters degree in Communication Studies from Northwestern University.

Books

Cyndi is the coauthor of several popular business books. Her collaboration with colleague Kevin O'Connor in 2006 resulted in the popular book, Present Like a Pro: The Field Guild to Mastering the Art of Business, Professional and Public Speaking. In light of this success, Cyndi has again joined forces with her writing partner to publish a new book SPEAK UP - A Woman's Guide to Presenting Like a Pro. Both books offer practical tips on everyday speaking challenges. In 2003, she coauthored It's Your Move: Dealing Yourself the Best Cards in Life and Work which focuses on the importance of personal initiative during times of change. She is also a contributor to Training from the Heart and The Communication Coach.
