Jane Jackson Esparza is the founder and principal of Esparza Speakers. She brings with her almost 30 years of experience with speakers and events. From speaker selection and program planning, to curriculum development, event marketing and meeting logistics, her broad background ideally suits the owner of a speakers bureau.
Jane has provided speakers to audiences of few dozen to thousands. She has worked in corporate settings and the non-profit arena. Her experience ranges from local and state associations, to national and global companies, as well as federal agencies. Throughout her career, she has worked with over 900 speakers, trainers, facilitators, and panelists. Audiences laud her ability to define their needs and develop programs that exceed expectations. Speakers find her support and insights valuable tools in their quest to be the best they can. But most importantly, clients are pleased to discover in her a deep understanding of their challenges and true appreciation for their goals.
Jane has a BA in Educational Media from Harding University. She is the author of several e-publications, articles and checklists which can be found on this website’s Resources page.
